If you ever need a handyman, Jack of all trades, here's the guy! He came to us straight from God that's how much I trusted his work. He worked for many years for a well known termite company so his expertise on water damage, wood repair can't be questioned.
My huge patio needed work, 1 of the 6x6 massive wood post rotted out fr the rain, I was upset thinking the whole patio cover needed replaced, a monumental job not just an expensive one. Jaime had the column on a jack, cut the rotten piece out n replaced it , it now looks like nothing had happened.
The past 2 days he had an assistant n the 2 of them climbed on the roof to remove all the rot patio n roof slats as you could see on the sharp pictures I took so he could use my pictures as recommendations to get new customers. They worked so quietly n so professionally then cleaned everything around the house to perfection. Im so thrilled for him he now has his own company n hopefully I can be of help to a hard working wood repair specialist. I advised him to describe his business better as a termite n water damage repair, wood and patio repair so the search would lead to him. His previous description as waterproof was not specific enough. He lives in Corona so I can't check in but he hangs around Huntington Beach n all of Orange County. Wish I could rate him 6 stars!
